Returns Policy

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

Failure to contact us within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a return

RETURNS:

Returns are only accepted once approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may be refused.

CONDITION OF RETURNING ITEMS:

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn 
  • In original condition and packaging

Items showing signs of misuse or damage unrelated to a manufacturing fault may be rejected.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:

Once a return is approved and received, we will assess the item and offer one of the following where appropriate:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

RETURN POSTAGE:

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will refund reasonable return postage costs. Proof of postage will be required.
